Our Shipping Approach

To minimize storage, reduce environmental impact, and expedite delivery, many items are shipped directly from trusted manufacturing partners and regional fulfillment centers.

This approach allows us to:

1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing, including quality checks and packaging.

  • During peak times (holidays or promotions), processing may extend up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee:

  • A flat rate of $6.99 applies to all orders, regardless of location.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and the fulfillment center used. These are estimated times:

  • United States: 8 – 14 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10 – 16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14 – 21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to high-volume seasons or customs processing.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking details.

Important Notes:

  • Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear

  • A delay in tracking updates doesn’t mean your order is lost — it’s still on its way

4. International Shipments & Customs

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the customer's responsibility

  • Cazqyetgr™ is not responsible for customs delays

  • Fees are usually minimal for lifestyle and home products but vary by country

5. Changes or Cancellations

Since we prioritize quick processing, please note that:

  • Requests to modify shipping details or cancel an order must be sent to service@maverow.com within 12 hours of purchase

  • Orders already in processing cannot be changed or canceled

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo within 72 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost in Transit:

  • If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will provide a free replacement.
