Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a return shipping label

  • Instructions for returning your item will be provided

Important: Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately for a resolution, including a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or beverages)

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Place a new order for the replacement

6. International Orders – EU Customers

For European Union customers, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order, regardless of the reason.
Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

This right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Allow up to 10 business days for processing

8. Return Address

A return shipping label from Cazqyetgr™ is required before sending any items back.
